Natalia Eyler understands that hiring a caregiver can be a scary and overwhelming experience for families. Most people don't have the tools to properly screen candidates; that's why she started Newborn Care Doulas - to help people like you find a trusted caregiver.

Natalia thrives on creating an all-around wonderful and peaceful experience for families and caregivers. She insists on working with her families as a team and includes each family member in every step of the process to ensure smooth and effective learning. Since 2005, Natalia has been placing team members with families with great success because she understands their unique needs.

Our Requirements
EVERY CAREGIVER MUST MEET OUR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

You are at least 21 years old.

You have at least 3 years of professional nanny experience as NCS, Doula, Nanny or in Elderly care

You have no DUI's and you have a clean background .(we will veried )

You are fluent in English and can legally work in the United States.

You have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

You have a current CPR / First Aid certification, or are willing to complete a CPR / First Aid training course.

You have outstanding, recent references who are willing to speak to Newborn Care Doulas Placements

You are able to make at least a 1-year commitment to a family for a nanny position.
